Audio Not Working for iPad

All AccelaStudy applications include professionally-recorded, native speaker audio.  Each AccelaStudy product is designed around 2 languages.  One is the user’s native language and one is the language the user is trying to learn.
 
For example, AccelaStudy Spanish | English is designed for users who either know English and are learning Spanish, or know Spanish and are learning English.  To this end, AccelaStudy comes with audio files for both languages.  For 2,400 written vocabulary words, there would be approximately 2,400 audio files recorded in English and 2,400 in Spanish.
 
However, AccelaStudy takes audio support one step further for some languages like Spanish.  Since, in Spanish, words can be different because of gender, audio files are recorded for both gender variations.  So there are separate audio recordings for “negro” and “negra”, for instance.  
 
If you cannot hear the audio pronunciations when using AccelaStudy on an iPad, please follow these steps:
 
1.  The number one reason users can’t hear audio on the iPad is because the Mute button is turned on.  The Mute button is located on the right side of the iPad near the top of the device.  
 
2.  Check the volume of the device.  Make sure the volume is turned up to a reasonable level.
 
3.  Finally, go into AccelaStudy, find "Audio Options" under the application settings.  Please make sure the volume is turned up within the application.
